Cs
1. Winging of the scapula with wasting of the trapezius muscle
2. Could be due to damage to the long thoracic nerve but since it is bilateral winging, high likely it could be due to some form of muscular dystrophy such as fascioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy; polymyositis, accessory nerve palsy.
