Dear Michele, look at the whole big picture; lesions on hands, feet, conjunctiva, fingers…. and they are not vesicular! Try again Remember that 208, 209, 210 and 211 are the same patient!

Patient 208, 209, 210 and 211 is the same patient. Identify the signs shown; what is the likely diagnosis?
