Patient 208, 209, 210 and 211 is the same patient. Identify the signs shown; what is the likely diagnosis?

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease causing the vesicular lesions on the palm.
Dear Michele, look at the whole big picture; lesions on hands, feet, conjunctiva, fingers…. and they are not vesicular! Try again Remember that 208, 209, 210 and 211 are the same patient!

didn’t realize those were photos from the same patient.
211 & 210 : janeway lesions on the soles and palms respectively.
209: clubbing of fingers
208: conjuctival petechiae in eye
Diagnosis: infective endocarditis
